This is our process:
01: CONSULTATION AND PLANNING
- Initial Contact: Reach out to me by filling out this form to express your interest in a boudoir photography session.
- Personal Discussion: Schedule a consultation where we'll discuss your vision, preferences, and any concerns you might have regarding the session.
- Logistics, Planning and Preparation: Together, we'll finalize the date, time, and location of the photoshoot. We will also plan the details including wardrobe, location, styling, and any specific themes or ideas you want to incorporate.
02: Photoshoot Session
- Comfortable Environment: On the day of the shoot, I'll create a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere to ensure you feel confident and at ease.
- Professional Guidance: I'll provide guidance on posing and expressions throughout the session to capture the most flattering and natural shots.
- Flexibility and Creativity: I encourage your input during the shoot to incorporate any spontaneous ideas or adjustments that might enhance the overall experience.
03: Image Selection and Delivery
- Image Selection: Within 1-2 weeks from the session date, you will receive a proofing gallery where you can choose your favorite images from a curated selection.
- Editing and Enhancement: I'll carefully edit the selected images to enhance their beauty while ensuring they maintain a natural and authentic look. Once the editing process is complete, you'll receive high-quality digital or printed images, beautifully showcasing your boudoir experience. My editing timeframe is between 4-6 weeks.
- Albums + Products: Once the editing process is complete, you'll receive a product brochure, which will allow you to upgrade your gallery and add-on additional products (ie: album, viewfinder, 12-month calendar, folio box). If you've purchased a collection that includes an album, I'll have it designed and delivered within 6 weeks from order date.
HOW DO I BOOK WITH YOU?
Submit an inquiry and I'll get back to you within 24 hours. If you are inquiring on the weekend, I will get back to you on Monday. You'll get an email with full pricing and a link to schedule a consultation call.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I HAVE MY SESSION?
I suggest having your session at least 2 months before you need your products in hand, so we're not missing any special dates!
DO YOU PHOTOSHOP MY IMAGES?
I edit your images for color balance, light and exposure. I do some light skin retouching, remove blemishes and bruises. I like my clients to look like themselves, just a bit more polished. I am not into heavy warping or body altering. I really want my clients to love themselves the way they are and embrace themselves for who they are.
DO YOU TRAVEL?
YES, I will travel. You'll just need to cover all travel costs, rental cars and airbnb accommodations if you'd like to me to come to your city! Grab some girlfriends and split the cost! I recommend 5-6 girls to make it a weekend of fun!
If you'd like to come to me, I can book a luxury hotel for you in Boston.
IS THE SESSION FEE APPLIED TO MY ORDER?
Nope, the session fee is separate from your collection/product order. Your session fee covers all of your prep information, hair and makeup, the shoot time with me, access to my client closet, as well as your proofing gallery. All collections, prints and products are sold separately after your proofing gallery is delivered!
WILL YOU SHARE MY IMAGES?
My number 1 priority making sure my clients are comfortable, especially with boudoir! It can be a life changing experience, but that also makes it nerve wracking! Sometimes, you are learning how to love your body and you aren’t quite ready to share the images with the world, or sometimes these photos are specifically for your spouse and aren’t for anyone else’s eyes. These are all great reasons for not sharing your photos, and it all depends on your personal preferences!
Some women want to share their images because it helps other women see that they can do it too; that they are beautiful and should love themselves in this empowering experience.
Whatever your reason, I will honor that.
